Georgian footballer Temur Ketsbaia has signed a two-year contract with ‘Dinamo Tbilisi’ and will lead the team until 2028.
The 58-year-old, who most recently coached ‘Anorthosis Famagusta’, replaces head coach Vladimir Kakashvili.
Ketsbaia’s professional football career began in 1987 at Dinamo, where he played until 1992, scoring 23 goals in 104 matches. During that period, he won the national championship three times and the Georgian Cup in 1992.
From 2009 to 2014, Temur Ketsbaia served as head coach of the Georgian national team. After a 12-year break, he returned to Georgian football, this time to work for the country’s most titled club.
