According to this year’s data from the National Tourism Administration, 324 new hotels are set to be built across Georgia between 2024 and 2028, including 22 international brands.
These hotels will provide a total of 18,778 rooms and 37,101 spaces. Some of these projects are already under construction and will be completed this year, while others will be developed in the coming years.
