For those who are in love with Batumi, the pearl of the Black Sea, Real Palace, one of the largest construction companies in Georgia, is developing the Black Sea Towers project in the capital of the Adjara region.

Black Sea Towers is growing and reaching its completion gradually, on a daily basis, and is expected to provide a perfect option for living and relaxing, and most importantly, for a profitable investment.

To find out more details regarding the current phase of the construction of large-scale project Black Sea Towers, other innovative projects the company is working on and its promotions, GEORGIA TODAY spoke to Lasha Zoidze, Commercial Director of Real Palace.

What projects is Real Palace currently working on?

The company “Real Palace” is currently working on the construction of one of the large-scale projects Black Sea Towers, which is being built in the Heroes’ Alley in Batumi, opposite the new square. This is a premium class residential complex.

We are also working on some new projects, which will be presented in the New Year, and at this stage I can tell you that these projects will be implemented and located in one of the most prominent, central and old districts of Batumi.

The company’s distinguished project is Black Sea Towers. At what stage is its construction now?

The complex Black Sea Towers has moved to the second stage of construction, which means that the work on block A is completed and internal repair works are underway, while at the same time 16 floors have been prepared in block B.

What novelties and offers do you currently have for future Black Sea Towers residents?

We currently have a 5% discount for new residents on any apartment in both A and B blocks.

What benefits will the residents enjoy if they buy an apartment?

The complex Black Sea Towers is a premium residential complex with various recreational areas for the residents of the house: swimming pool, fitness and spa center, children’s playground. Most of this infrastructure will be free for the residents.

How does Real Palace earn the special trust of its customers? What are your future plans?

The company Real Palace has been successfully operating in the development market for 12 years, its name is associated with 12 successfully completed projects and a lot of satisfied residents, the main goal of our construction company is to transfer the space to the residents in the best condition in the agreed time.

The company is also preparing various projects that will be implemented in different cities of Georgia. Our goal is to create more than just buildings, to create a lifestyle and help our residents turn comfort into a tradition.
