The efforts made by Georgia in the direction of European integration are visible – our population expects that the achievements of Georgia will be reflected in the decisions of the European Union, which is very important, – the Mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, said at the Tbilisi City Hall meeting, when talking about the Prime Minister’s visit to Brussels.
According to Kaladze, they heard messages from Brussels about the progress and positive steps that Georgia has taken on the path of European integration.
“Very interesting meetings were held both in the Council of Europe and in the NATO office. We heard clear messages about the progress and positive steps taken by Georgia on the way to European integration. The efforts made by Georgia in the direction of European integration are visible and everyone knows it very well. We deserved the status that other countries got, but we were given a 12-point plan to follow. We are doing everything to ensure that this plan is carried out fully. Of course, all steps will be taken in this direction. Our population expects that the achievements of Georgia will be reflected in the decisions of the European Union, which is very important,” said Kaladze.
