With the support of TBC Bank, the Swiss International School network (SIST) is set to begin operations in Tbilisi in September. The new educational center will offer students a modern, internationally aligned curriculum. The total value of the project exceeds $6 million, with a significant portion financed by TBC.

SIST’s first campus is located on Dadiani Street and will welcome students starting in September 2026. The campus spans 4,300 square meters and is designed to accommodate up to 600 students. It features state-of-the-art laboratories, a library, and a fully equipped sports hall.

SIST places a strong emphasis on the development of practical, future-oriented skills. Its integrated STEM curriculum—covering science, technology, engineering, and mathematics—is complemented by small class sizes and a dual-teacher model, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Instruction is multilingual, offering programs in English, French, German, and Italian.

The school employs up to 50 experienced professionals. In collaboration with leading Swiss educational institutions, the academic team participates in continuous professional development programs. Meanwhile, members of the administrative team have received management education from top global institutions, including University College London and Harvard Business School.

As part of its next phase, SIST plans to expand its network and open additional campuses.

TBC has been partnering with the founding group behind SIST since 2021, financing multiple projects across commercial real estate and vocational education. The launch of the school marks a new milestone in this ongoing collaboration.

Supporting education remains one of TBC’s top strategic priorities. Over the past three years, the bank’s portfolio in this sector has doubled, reaching nearly GEL 190 million. By backing projects like SIST, TBC continues to promote the introduction of modern teaching methods in Georgia and expand access to internationally recognized education for young people.
