“Strategy Aghmashenebeli”: GD clearly stated that it doesn’t want the EU

Georgian Dream has clearly stated that it does not want the European Union. This law means that they don’t want the European Union, – the leader of “Strategy Aghmashenebeli”, deputy Giorgi Vashadze told journalists.

He claimed that no matter how we go into the details of it, this law is called one thing – “I don’t want the European Union”.

He added that Georgian Dream is very weak.

“Georgian Dream clearly stated that it does not want the European Union. This law means they don’t want the EU. Therefore, 26 October is the day when the people must decide whether the opposition is winning = bringing us the European perspective, jobs, investment and development. Georgian Dream wins = constant poverty, hunger, ‘greedy’ officials and impoverished people. This is an unequivocal, direct, clear statement, it has no other explanation.

“No matter how we go into the details of it, this law is called one thing – ‘I don’t want the European Union.’ Georgian Dream does not want the European Union, they directly say that they do not. All the other initiatives that have been there so far were also against the European Union, but we all know that this law is a clear message to Europe and to everyone that – ‘Give us up’.”

Georgian Dream violated another given promise, and, one year since the “Russian Law” was dropped,  it is returning the “Russian Law bill to parliament.
