President to citizens: You did not lose the election, your vote was stolen

Here is the flag with which Georgia declared freedom and independence for the first time in the modern era. I can swear in front of both flags that I will be with you until the end, – this is how the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili addressed the people who came to Rustaveli, who gathered to protest the election results.

Zurabishvili claimed that the elections were stolen and thus they tried to steal voters.

“I want to tell you that you did not lose the election, your vote was stolen and they tried to steal your future, but no one has the right to do that and you will not let anyone do that. Independence, freedom, Europeanness and this Georgian identity, which follows us and which is so precious”, Salome Zurabishvili addressed the rally participants.
