On 29 February, CENN with support from UNDP and Norway and in partnership with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, conducted a training for the hospitality sector on “How to reduce plastic waste in hotels”.
The training was conducted by an international expert. The participants were introduced to practical examples with hotels, the methodology of auditing plastic waste, and specific alternatives to single-use plastics.
The training was attended by both large hotel chains and small resort hotels/guesthouses.
