“Machabeli Company on Vera” – this is the name of the new space of the Ivane Machabeli Professional State Drama Theater in Tskhinvali, which will host the first spectators in the open air space at Petriashvili 7 on June 25, which will accommodate up to 100 spectators.
On June 25, Tskhinvali Drama Theater will present Gocha Kapanadze’s play “Jaqo” on the open stage, based on a novel by Mikheil Javakhishvili and is directed by the theater’s artistic director.
The new theater space, the former gymnastics school, was gifted to the Tskhinvali Theater 2 years ago and the rehabilitation project is already ready.
The play will start at 19.00 and all generations of Tskhinvali theater actors will participate in it.
