Miners set up tents near Parliament

Employees of the Chiatura mine have set up tents in front of the Parliament building.

According to the participants of the rally, they will remain in front of the building until their demands are met.

The main demand of the miners is to improve working conditions.

According to the participants of the rally, the rally will resume on June 20, at 18:00.

Today, at 16:00, the miners and their supporters will march from the Parliament building to the office of “Georgian Manganese”.

The ongoing miners’ protest in Chiatura continues for the 15th day.
