LOPOTA CUP 2025 Kicks Off — Tennis Enthusiasts Gather at Lopota

The annual amateur tennis tournament LOPOTA CUP 2025 has officially begun!
This year’s games are taking place at the picturesque Lopota Spa Resort from October 16 to 19.

With a prize fund of 35,000 GEL, the tournament features both singles and doubles competitions for men and women, following the Olympic format — two full sets and a super tie-break.

Founded years ago on the initiative of Goga Maisuradze, the founder of Lopota, the tournament has become a beloved tradition, held annually on Lopota’s professionally equipped tennis courts. This year, more than 100 players have registered to take part in the event.

The main goal of LOPOTA CUP is to promote tennis and encourage a healthy lifestyle among participants and guests alike.

The general sponsors of LOPOTA CUP 2025 are Sarajishvili and Idea City.
Among the sponsors are World Class Georgia, Maizen, Porsche Center Tbilisi, Sun Factory TBS, Bakuriani Water, and Château Buera.

The tournament’s media partners include Forbes Georgia, Rustavi 2, Marketer, Palitra Media Holding, Georgia Today, and Lifestyle Art Magazine.

Once again, Lopota’s courts have become the meeting point for passion, sport, and elegance — where the love for tennis meets the spirit of competition in the heart of Kakheti.
