Mikheil Saakashvili has an injury on his head, he hit his head, lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze told reporters after visiting third president Mikheil Saakashvili at the clinic.
The lawyer appealed to the Minister of Justice, Rati Bregadze, to release the footage of Saakashvili losing his consciousness, where everyone will see what and how it happened.
“Mikheil Saakashvili told me about the fact that happened. I saw the table. It has an iron structure. I saw the place where he hit his head, he is in the worst condition. Most importantly, he is not receiving the treatment that would improve his health. Symptomatic treatment is given to him to maintain his vital parameters. Of course, doctors know about it, but they are afraid and do not talk about it loudly. However, naturally, the time will come when these facts, this treatment will be revealed,” said Shalva Khachapuridze.
He claimed that he cannot agree what the clinic says relating to treatment.
“We cannot agree, because if we study the last data of the medical history, we will see that this person is not receiving any serious treatment. Only symptomatic treatment is carried out. He himself agrees to any treatment that will improve his life, but unfortunately, this type of treatment is not provided and cannot be carried out in Georgia”, said Shalva Khachapuridze.
For the record, Saakashvili, who is placed in the Vivamedi clinic, says that he had a repeated episode of loss of consciousness today, fell and hit his head on an iron table.
