The German Embassy reported on its Facebook page that compared to the same period of 2021, the export of Georgian wine to Germany increased by 27%.
“Today is Georgian Wine Day! Did you know that in the first half of this year, 494,000 liters of Georgian wine were exported to Germany, which means that compared to the same period in 2021, wine exports to Germany increased by 27 percent. We are happy about this growing trend!” reads the statement.
