Georgia exported 188 tons of ready-made sauces worth USD 490,000 in June 2026, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture reports.
Compared to June 2025, export volumes increased by 65%, or 74 tons, while the value of exports rose by 59%, an increase of USD 183,000.
The ministry notes that the export value of ready-made sauces—including adjika, tomato, tkemali, and pomegranate sauces—has been growing steadily in recent years.
Georgia’s main export markets for ready-made sauces include Russia, European Union countries, the United States, Azerbaijan, and Israel.
The ministry says Russia imported 224 tons of Georgian ready-made sauces this year, followed by the European Union with 116 tons, the United States with 104 tons, Azerbaijan with 93 tons, and Israel with 90 tons.
