Georgia Reports 2 262 New Cases of Coronavirus, 54 Deaths

2 262 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 54 people have died, 2 795 people have recovered.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

827 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 211, Imereti – 335, Kvemo Kartli – 129, Shida Kartli – 139, Guria – 59, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 222, Kakheti – 216, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 61, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 35, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 28.

A total of 575 210 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 534 559 have recovered and 8 089 have died.

As of September 10, a total of 1 433 296 vaccinations were administered in Georgia.
