International financial publication Euromoney has named TBC Capital the Best Investment Bank in Georgia for the second time. The award recognizes the company’s performance in 2025.
This international recognition highlights TBC Capital’s customer-centric approach and reinforces its leadership position in Georgia. The company continues to invest in technology, helping clients make informed investment decisions while proactively providing businesses with valuable market insights and analysis of emerging trends. At the same time, the investment bank is expanding its operations across the region.
TBC Capital offers clients a comprehensive investment ecosystem within a single platform, including capital markets financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, research and analytics, as well as modern investment platforms and solutions for both retail and professional investors.
In 2025, TBC Capital facilitated the placement of USD 1.2 billion in bonds across local and international capital markets. As a result, the company maintained its leading position among Georgian investment banks with a 52.1% market share. During the year, TBC Capital successfully completed 22 transactions, including four international deals.
Among the most notable transactions in 2025 were the largest GEL-denominated bond issuance in the history of Georgia’s capital market—a GEL 350 million bond issued by Georgia Healthcare Group—Tegeta Motors’ GEL 260 millionsustainability-linked local bond placement, and Silk Road Group’s USD 400 million Eurobond issuance.
The company also achieved significant growth in its investment services business. The number of users registered on the upgraded investment platform within TBC Mobile Bank increased to 150,000, representing an unprecedented milestone.
During the same period, TBC Capital completely revamped its TBC Capital Trader platform for professional investors, offering a significantly enhanced trading experience with access to 37 stock exchanges and more than 5,000 financial instruments.
As a result of its customer-focused services, continuous innovation, and ongoing product improvements, the value of assets under TBC Capital’s administration increased to USD 1.3 billion in 2025.
In research and analytics, TBC Capital published nearly 200 research reports during the year, while the number of subscribers grew by 73%, reaching 20,000. The company also hosted eight large-scale conferences attended by more than 2,000 participants.
In addition, TBC Capital successfully completed three M&A transactions in Georgia and Uzbekistan with a combined value of up to USD 60 million. The company also became a licensed member of the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange, marking another important milestone in its regional expansion.
