Elene Khoshtaria, a leader of the Coalition for Change, says that both her personal bank account and that of the Droa party have been frozen.
In a Facebook post, Khoshtaria stated that the freeze resulted in only 17 GEL being deducted, as she had safeguarded her donations elsewhere.
“They froze me. My account and Droa’s too. I had my donations stored in a safe place — they managed to take just 17 GEL,” she wrote.
Khoshtaria also declared her refusal to comply with any imposed penalties or legal procedures. “You will never receive any fine payment from me, no interrogation, and no court hearing,” she said, closing her post with the phrase: “Fire to the oligarchy.”
