Aversi Clinic says head of Special Tasks Department was at the clinic for examination

Aversi Clinic says that the head of the Special Tasks Department, Zviad Kharazishvili, also known as “Khareba,” was at the clinic for examination on the afternoon of December 30.

The clinic says he has already left the medical facility.

“He came for examination and has already left the clinic. He came in the afternoon,” Aversi Clinic says.

The media reported earlier today that the head of the Special Tasks Department had been hospitalized.

TV Pirveli reported that Zviad Kharazishvili had received multiple “injuries to his shoulder, the likes of which can only come from mechanical impact.”

As explained by the Ministry, Zviad Kharazishvili underwent surgery on his shoulder several years ago and periodically undergoes scheduled check-ups.
