TBC and Raiffeisen Bank International Sign Strategic Agreement to Boost International Trade Finance
TBC has signed an agreement with the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank International. The partnership provides for the creation of a unified framework document under which multiple trade loans will be issued under standard and harmonized conditions. As a result, the trade finance process between the two parties will become more flexible and efficient.
The agreement will enable TBC to further strengthen its support for businesses and actively finance companies’ international trade operations.
The partnership will also reinforce TBC’s leading position in the trade finance sector, where the bank holds more than 48% market share and a total portfolio exceeding GEL 2.8 billion. In addition to its leading role in the local market, TBC has earned significant international recognition: this year, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) awarded TBC for its achievements in trade facilitation and finance.

TBC-Backed Premium Business Center “New Atrium” Resumes Sales in Tbilisi
Supported by TBC, construction of the premium-class business center “New Atrium” is underway in Tbilisi. The project spans 12,400 sq.m. across seven floors. Sales at the business center have already resumed, and interested buyers can now purchase office and commercial spaces starting from 36 sq.m.

TBC and GAIA Launch Public Lecture Series “AI and …”
TBC, as part of its education program, continuously initiates projects that provide young professionals and students with a space to explore technological changes, learn, and apply knowledge in practice. Through such initiatives, TBC strengthens the country’s tech ecosystem and promotes the spread of progress-oriented knowledge.
In partnership with the Georgian Artificial Intelligence Association (GAIA) and local universities, TBC is launching a new project titled “AI and …”.
“AI and …” is a series of public lectures on artificial intelligence, aimed at initiating discussions and raising awareness about AI’s impact across various fields in academic settings. The project involves multiple universities in Georgia, each contributing insights on areas where they have particularly strong faculties and academic expertise.
The first session, in collaboration with Ilia State University, will take place on November 27 at 19:00, under the theme: “AI and Medicine: Artificial Intelligence in Diagnostics.”
The session will feature Dr. Mikheil Okujava, a radiologist and professor, and Ketevan Bosikashvili, co-founder of the AI startup Biterium. They will discuss how AI is transforming and improving diagnostics, the challenges and difficulties in developing the technology, and the readiness of doctors and patients to embrace innovation.
Attendance is especially valuable for medical students, doctors, healthcare managers, and anyone interested in AI’s role in medicine. Please note that spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required at.
