Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze criticized President Salome Zurabishvili’s pre-election involvement and deemed it a violation of the Georgian constitution.
After a meeting in Kakheti, Kobakhidze, employing the words of the constitution, declared that the president must remain neutral. He emphasized that involvement of this extent is a significant infringement and noted that despite efforts, her actions will not influence the outcome of elections.
