TBC Leasing supported the opening of a Pizza Hut branch in Tbilisi, marking strategic franchise expansion. The ambitious Georgian goals include 12 branches in the medium term, emphasizing trust in the local market and the aspiration to lead in pizza dining. The new Tbilisi branch aims to connect a global brand with the local community, providing a space for families, friends, and pizza enthusiasts. Beyond restaurant expansion, the focus remains on delivering a delightful culinary experience and menu innovation. TBC Leasing sees supporting international brands like Pizza Hut as crucial for economic growth in Georgia. Impact Hub Tbilisi startup pre-accelerator demo day
Impact Hub Tbilisi hosted a startup pre-accelerator demo day, organized to showcase 21 local tech startups’ 12 weeks of intense work to investors. The program aimed to enhance startups’ ability to attract investment and offer early-stage investment opportunities for investors. Following the pre-acceleration, 9 startups received further training in Tallinn from Startup Wise Guys, a successful accelerator. The demo day featured presentations from these startups seeking additional funding and expansion.

The startup pre-accelerator, founded in 2021 by Impact Hub Tbilisi, has engaged 81 startups over four streams, securing over 1.5 million euros in investment/grants. Notable successes include Stori, Wempler, Lawformer, Upway, SOS Auto, Tasteit, Wowchy, and Neuropilot. Co-founder Keti Ebanoidze highlighted the valuable partnership with Startup Wise Guys, while Anka Totibadze from TBC praised the project’s role in supporting technological startups’ development and investment attraction.
