Georgian Parliament Speaker Shava Papuashvili offered condolences to the Czech Republic people.
“The recent heartbreaking Prague shooting has deeply moved us. I extend my sincere condolences to the President of the Senate of the Czech Republic, Miloš Vystrčil, the people of the Czech Republic, and the families impacted. Wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. In solidarity, we stand with the Czech Republic during this trying time,” the Speaker tweeted.
A student opened fire Thursday at the Karl University in the center of Prague, killing at least 14 people and injuring more than 20.
