The government has transferred a 239 sq. m. non-agricultural land plot in Tskaltubo to the Georgian Apostolic Autocephalous Orthodox Church for 1 GEL.
The decision is outlined in Government Decree No. 1470. The decree states that the church received a 239 sq. m. non-agricultural land plot near 9 April Street, III Sh. No. 12 in Tskaltubo through a direct sale.
The church is required to pay 1 GEL within one month of signing the relevant agreement.
