Formerly known as Event Palace, the venue located just outside Tbilisi has entered a new era under the name Ambau. Following a complete rebranding, Ambau has transformed into a multifunctional hospitality complex that combines a restaurant, event space, masterclass area, open Tuscan-style space, and many more experiences to come.
The name Ambau comes from the Svan language and means “story.” This concept became the foundation of the entire project.
“The beginning of this business started with the idea of one story, which became the starting point for the future complex. Each building has its own story, and every event held here creates its own story as well. The concept came naturally and became the main idea of the space,” the Ambau team explains.
“From the very first moment I arrived here, I was deeply impressed by the genuine hospitality of the owners, Khatuna Vibliani and Beso Kurasbediani.
Their dedication, attention to detail, and personal involvement in creating memorable experiences for every guest were truly inspiring. Even then, I could see the extraordinary potential of this place, and that vision brought me to the team and marked the beginning of our rebranding journey,” says Sofia Isakadze, Head of Marketing at Ambau.
