A 35-year-old man died at the scene after being hit by a train in the resort town of Chakvi.
Locals said the deceased was from Belarus.
The man’s body was transferred to the forensic bureau. Interior Ministry officers were mobilized at the scene.
The Interior Ministry told Interpressnews that an investigation has been launched under Article 275 of the Criminal Code, which concerns violations of railway safety rules.
