201 Apartments Sold in a Single Day: Archi Rustavi Proves to Be a Prime Investment Opportunity

On April 26, Archi achieved a historic milestone by selling a record-breaking 201 apartments in a single day during the Big Discount Day event at its Archi Rustavi Residential Complex.

On April 26, leading real estate developer Archi set a new record by selling 201 apartments in a single day at its residential project, Archi Rustavi. The sale took place during Archi’s traditional Big Discount Day, an event that offers early buyers the opportunity to purchase property at a price that will not be repeated later in the construction process. By the end of the day, approximately 750 new residents had joined Archi’s one big family.

Archi Rustavi is the company’s first project in Rustavi, which will not only create a modern and comfortable residential environment but also significantly improve the quality of life in the city. Archi’s entry into Rustavi presents a strong opportunity for individuals seeking to invest in residential property for rental income. As one of the first large-scale, high-quality developments in the city, Archi Rustavi is expected to attract significant tenant demand for modern, well-located housing options. The strong interest demonstrated during the Big Discount Day already highlights the project’s investment potential. Buyers who secured apartments at this early stage have seen an immediate increase in property value, and further appreciation is expected as construction progresses and the city continues to develop.

Previous Big Discount Day results across other Archi projects illustrate this trend clearly. For example, the Big Discount Day at Archi Dighomi 3 was held on April 20, 2024. Exactly one year later, in April 2025, apartment prices have already increased by approximately 28%, translating into an average gain of more than $21,000. Similarly, the Big Discount Day at Archi Kikvidze Garden was held nine months ago, on July 6, 2024, and since then, apartment prices have risen by 23%, generating an average increase of more than $16,000. Choosing to buy apartment in Tbilisi on Archi’s Big Discount Day allowed early buyers to benefit from high-growth opportunities. Meanwhile, Archi Rustavi presents an attractive choice for long-term real estate investment, offering strong potential for both capital gains and stable rental yields.

Archi has a proven track record, with 51 completed projects and 27 ongoing developments across Tbilisi, Batumi, Bakuriani, Sioni, Rustavi, and Miami, USA. The company is also known for its premium developments, including Archi Rivertown, Archi Universe, Archi Lisi Sunrise, as well as projects developed in partnership with global brands such as Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa, Archi Ramada Batumi, and ibis Tbilisi City. Check our projects to explore more.

Archi has established itself as a leading force in Georgia’s real estate sector, combining extensive development experience with a focus on quality, innovation, and community building. Building on its strong track record, the company continues to plan and deliver new landmark projects that shape the future of modern living in Georgia.
