Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, has wished Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia, a speedy recovery.
In an official letter, President Erdogan reaffirmed his readiness to support the process of treatment, if needs be.
“Dear Prime Minister, dear friend, I am very sorry to hear that your test on COVID-19 turned out to be positive. I wish you a speedy recovery and full recovery soon after. I want you to know that we are with you during the period of treatment and will spare no effort to heal you, if needs be.
“I would like to take this opportunity and wish Your Excellency good health and happiness, while the friendly people of Georgia – advancement and prosperity,” he wrote.
PM Garibashvili tested positive for coronavirus yesterday, April 6. He is said to be feeling well, and is in self-isolation and working remotely.
