President Donald Trump has confirmed that he will hold a discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
“I will be speaking with President Putin on Tuesday. A lot of work was done over the weekend. We want to see if we can bring this war to an end. Maybe we can, maybe we can’t, but I think we have a good chance,” Trump stated.
When asked about potential compromises from both sides, Trump pointed out primary areas of discussion. “I think we will be talking about land… power plants, because that’s a big issue. But I believe a lot has already been discussed by both sides,” he said.
