Third Session of Competitive Selection Commission for Position of Head of Anti Corruption Bureau Takes Place

The Competitive Selection Commission for the Position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau convened at the Government Administration to review applications submitted by applicants. The 3rd session was chaired by the Head of the Government Administration/Chairman of the Competitive Selection Commission Revaz Javelidze.

At the meeting, the members of the commission reviewed the applicants’ documentations for compliance with the qualification requirements defined by legislation and bylaws.

Thirty-eight candidates have expressed a desire to participate in the competition for the position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau LEPL.

On the Competitive Selection Commission’s decision, the 2nd round of the competition for the position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau LEPL-which involves interviews-was scheduled for the next week.

On the decision of the Competitive Selection Commission for the Position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau LEPL-established by the authority of the Georgian Prime Minister’s December 22, 2022, and December 30, 2022, Executive Orders #289 and #304, respectively-and in line with the January 10, 2023 Bylaw of the Competitive Selection Commission on the Approval of the Bylaws of the Competitive Selection Commission for the Position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau LEPL, a competitive selection for the position of Head of the Anticorruption Bureau LEPL was announced via the website administered by the Civil Service Bureau LEPL.

January 11, 2023, through January 25, 2023, was set as the timeframe for accepting applications/ attached documents.
