Starting from July 6, Sandro Rtveladze will lead TBC Bank’s retail business division, taking the position of Deputy CEO of TBC Bank (subject to approval by the National Bank).
Sandro Rtveladze joins the team with significant international experience, which will further strengthen TBC’s strategic focus on managing retail business and help create an even stronger customer experience.
Sandro joined TBC from a senior executive position at OTP, one of Europe’s leading business groups. He currently serves as the CEO of OTP Uzbekistan (Ipoteka Bank), which is among the top 5 banks in the local market. Sandro has a long and successful career both in Georgia and internationally. In Georgia, he worked at Liberty Bank, where in recent years he held the position of Deputy CEO responsible for retail business. He then continued his career internationally at the African bank Bayport, where he achieved significant growth in retail lending through the implementation of digital processes. After Africa, he joined the OTP Group, one of the largest banking conglomerates in Central and Eastern Europe, with total assets expected to reach €113.6 billion by the end of 2025.
