Tavtukhi to Launch Branded Booths, Expanding Bread and Cookie Sales

Tavtukhi, a well-established bread and cookie production company, has announced its plans to open branded booths by the end of this year. The founder, Mzia Bendeliani, shared this exciting news in an interview with “Business Partner.” Currently operating solely in Kutaisi and supplying network markets with their products, Tavtukhi aims to bring their delectable offerings directly to customers through these new sales outlets.

With an estimated investment of 50,000 GEL, Tavtukhi has carefully selected the locations for their booths, expecting them to be operational in September-October. The company’s existing trade space at the enterprise, along with collaborations with network markets, has served as the primary channel for selling its products thus far.

Tavtukhi takes pride in its commitment to using ecologically healthy raw materials, sourcing them directly from farmers. While their chain markets currently offer four types of bread produced by the company, the sales space in the booths will feature a wider assortment, including a diabetic line. Notably, Tavtukhi offers various types of gray bread, such as red doli, rye, and sourdough bread, which have been well-received by customers. The most in-demand pieces of bread from Tavtukhi are those made from red drum and Tavtukhi dika.

Bendeliani acknowledges that although they offer diabetic bread, they do not possess the proper license to officially label it as part of their diabetic line. To rectify this, Tavtukhi has planned activities throughout the year to obtain the necessary license, allowing them to actively develop and promote their diabetic product range.

In addition to expanding its diabetic line, Tavtukhi aims to activate its confectionery line. The company has invested in new machines, which will not only facilitate increased production but also enable the diversification of its product offerings.

Having operated in the Kutaisi market for seven years, Tavtukhi has established itself as a trusted provider of high-quality bread and buns. The forthcoming branded booths mark an exciting chapter in their journey, as they bring their delicious treats closer to customers and continue to innovate in the bakery industry.
