The third President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili said at the ongoing trial in the Tbilisi City Court that the action plan is to change the government in the spring, hold early elections by the end of 2022, and start the process of the reintegration of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali into Georgia this year.
“The plan is to change the government in the spring and form a national government, hold early elections by the end of the year, and begin reintegrating Abkhazia and Tskhinvali into Georgia this year. This is a historical window that has opened against the background of the current events in Ukraine,” Saakashvili said.
