Rustavi Mall and Aparthotel – Exciting New Complex Coming to Rustavi

Rustavi, a city in Georgia, is set to welcome a new multifunctional complex called “Rustavi Mall and Aparthotel” in the spring of 2024. The project, spearheaded by “New Mall,” an investor company co-founded by Guga Tsanava, boasts an impressive investment value of 15 million dollars.

Originally slated for a 2023 opening, Rustavi Mall is an ambitious endeavor that aims to combine the amenities of an aparthotel and a shopping center. What sets it apart from other malls in the region is its unique design and offerings. Tsanava emphasized that Rustavi Mall will have a distinct character that differentiates it from its counterparts. The construction phase has been completed, and the complex is currently undergoing renovation work.

Exciting developments await visitors at Rustavi Mall, including a bowling center and a Cavea cinema. These additions are sure to enhance the entertainment options available to customers. Tsanava further revealed that negotiations with various brands are in progress, with agreements already secured with 70% of them. This ensures a diverse range of stores and services will be available to shoppers.

The anticipation for Rustavi Mall is high, as it promises to bring a fresh and engaging experience to the city. Its smaller scale, compared to malls in Tbilisi, ensures a more intimate and accessible environment for visitors. The dedication to incorporating unique elements and providing exciting details will undoubtedly make Rustavi Mall a focal point of interest once it opens its doors.
