The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, expressed his condolence to the people of Turkey for those who died as a result of the earthquake, and announced his readiness to help.
“My deepest sympathies to the people and Government of Turkey over the loss of lives following the devastating earthquake in Kahramanmaras. I wish a speedy recovery to all the injured. We stand with the people of Turkey and are ready to provide any assistance needed,” tweeted Garibashvili.
