Annual gathering of diplomatic mission heads of Georgia stationed overseas has been launched at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the event has been branded as a Conference of Ambassadors in 2022.
Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia and MP Shalva Papuashvili, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia addressed the diplomats at the event.
After launching the conference of Ambassadors, the Head of Government of Georgia held a meeting with diplomats in a closed format together with Ilia Darchiashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Major directions and priorities of foreign policy were discussed and specific instructions have been issued to the conference participants by the Prime Minister of Georgia.
