Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia started his Official Visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan today. A Greet and Welcome Ceremony was held for the visiting dignitary at the Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport today.
Garibashvili was greeted by Abdulla Aripov, Prime Minister of Uzbekistan; Jamshid Khodjaev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan; Furkat Sidikov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and H.E. Zurab Abdushelishvili, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Uzbekistan upon arrival.
Within the scope of the visit, the PM will hold high-level bilateral meetings.
Garibashvili is escorted to the Republic of Uzbekistan by a delegation.
