The Parliament honored the memory of the Georgian fighters who died in Ukraine with a moment of silence.
“In recent days, Russia’s aggressive war in Ukraine claimed the lives of 6 more Georgians. Another six families lost a child, spouse, brother, father. On behalf of the Parliament of Georgia, I would like to offer my condolences to their families, friends, and the whole of Georgia, and ask you to honor the memory of those who passed with a moment of silence,” said Shalva Papuashvili, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, at the plenary session.
