A new portal for COVID-infected people https://er.moh.gov.ge/ has been launched.
Citizens who test positive for COVID-19 have the opportunity to register on the portal. The information received by 112 will be processed and forwarded to the family physician for further monitoring.
The portal was developed by the Public Safety Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “112” and the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs.
“The aim of the new portal was to create an additional communication channel for the citizens on the one hand and to reduce the number of calls to 112 on the other hand,” reads the statement released by the MOH.
Georgia reported 5128 coronavirus cases, 3310 recoveries and 49 deaths on Thursday, the official figures show.
