MFA: Georgia Unequivocally Supports Ukraine’s Territorial Integrity and Sovereignty

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia reports that Georgian citizens in Sudan have been transferred to a safer place, from where they will be evacuated.

“With the joint work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the employing company, it was possible to transfer the citizens of Georgia from the hot spot, where constant clashes are taking place, to a safe place. Currently, the citizens are in a safe part of the city. The agency continues to work for their complete evacuation from Sudan,” reads the statement.

About 30 Georgian citizens are in Sudan, where a military conflict is currently taking place.
