MagtiCom Subscribers Complain of Low Internet Coverage

In recent days, the subscribers of MagtiCom have been complaining of low internet coverage and technical shortcomings.

The users note that the low internet coverage and slow connection caused significant problems and hindered their daily activities, as currently most of them are working and/or studying remotely due to the deteriorated epidemiological situation.

The cause of the delay is unknown at this stage. No official information has been released by the company regarding the problem.

GEORGIA TODAY contacted MagtiCom to find out more details regarding the problem. The representative of the company confirmed that there was a “certain delay” in internet delivery recently, in particular, in Georgia’s ski resort Bakuriani, however, no quite serious and large-scale error was detected in service delivery in general.

If the problem still continues in the coming days, the company is expected to make an official announcement regarding the issue.
