Iran’s President congratulates Georgian PM on election victory

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has congratulated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on the election victory. In a statement released by the Iranian Embassy in Georgia, he expressed hope that the elections will reinforce relations between the two countries and improve cooperation.

“I would like to heartily congratulate you and the Georgian people on the successful parliamentary elections and the victory of the Georgian Dream party,” Pezeshkian stated.

He also noted that the elections reflect the will of the Georgian people and can encourage progress and partnership between the nations. The statement concluded with wishes for the well-being and success of the Prime Minister and the Georgian people.
