“We wanted to add something special to make the project stand out, During the product development process, we envisioned a project that stands out not only functionally but also visually. As a result, in collaboration with our architect, we decided that one of the buildings – now available for sale—will feature a hand-painted exterior,” says Nikoloz Medzmariashvili.

“We want the complex to be fully completed—when I say completed, I mean the entire infrastructure, the external area, everything—so we can say our construction and our company’s commitment are finished and delivered,” emphasizes Nikoloz Medzmariashvili.
