Starting July 15, 2024, citizens from 93 countries, including Georgia, will be able to stay in Thailand without a visa for 60 days. Traisulee Traisoranakul, the spokesperson for the Thai Ministry of the Interior, announced that the ministry has made four updates to the country’s visa policies. These updates aim to align with global competition, attract more foreign visitors, generate more revenue, and boost the national economy. Last May, Thailand revealed several upcoming changes to its visa policies, including extending the visa exemption period from 30 to 60 days for visitors from 93 countries.
