The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) has made an agreement with iPhone Georgia LLC to work through potential legal violations and better ensure consumer rights and protection.
Per this agreement, the company is obliged to:
- Update internal policies to comply with legal standards.
- Ensure transparent and comprehensive consumer information form in Georgian language and accessible at retail locations.
- Clearly display service and product prices.
The GCCA has given the company one month to put these changes into effect.
