List of Facilities where Citizens will be Able to Enter only with a ‘Green Passport’

The European Commission has decided to recognize Georgian passports, reports the MFA of Georgia.

The decision implies Georgian citizens who have a certificate of full vaccination course will be able to move around the EU.

The Covid Certificate issued by Georgia on vaccination, tests and recovery from Covid is recognized by the European Union and is equivalent to the certificates issued by the relevant EU regulation, which aims to promote the free movement of people within the EU.

The decision of the European Commission is valid immediately after its publication and also concludes that Georgia has joined the EU digital certification system.
