Georgia reported 3, 270 coronavirus cases, 1, 298 recoveries and 26 deaths on Friday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 920 Covid-19 cases, followed by the Imereti region with 700 cases, and the Kakheti region with 586 cases.
A total of 38 093 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country.
The daily test-positivity rate currently stands at 8, 58%, while it was 7, 58 % in the past 14 days.
The total number of confirmed cases hss reached 652, 677, among them, 608, 861 people recovered and 9, 396 died.
As of October 15, 1 899 938 people got the Covid-19 vaccine jab, with 3 843 in a day, reports the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC).
