According to the preliminary data of the CEC, the candidates of the Georgian Dream won in 14 self-governing communities, and in one community – in Tsalenjikha, the candidate of the National Movement won.

According to the data of all polling stations in Tsalenjikha, the candidate of the National Movement, Giorgi Kharchilava, defeated the candidate of the ruling team. This is the only self-governing community where an opposition candidate has won. Giorgi Kharchilava got 51,107%, and the candidate of the “Georgian Dream”, Goga Gulordava got 48,893%.

The CEC reports that all precincts of all self-governing communities have been counted.

The opposition does not recognize these results, considers the elections rigged, and adds that they will defend their results.
