As a result of severe weather conditions, air traffic has resumed at Batumi International Airport after a two-day suspension, with a first departing flight to Tel Aviv and 12 more international flights scheduled for today, February 26.
TAV Georgia has worked all this time to clear snow from the runway using specially designed equipment, keeping the airport ready for operations.
Consequently, airlines decided to resume flights as weather conditions improved.
