The administration of the president reported that the reason for the non-attendance of the president of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, at the conference of ambassadors was a protocol violation.
“The President did not attend the Ambassadors’ Conference planned today, because the protocol did not provide the President with the place intended for her according to the protocol, which is a protocol violation,” explained the administration of the President.
The annual gathering of heads of diplomatic missions of Georgia abroad – Ambassadors’ Conference 2022 was opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia this morning.
