During the European Political Community Summit in Budapest, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze addressed President Zurabishvili’s soon-to-be-ending presidential term, noting that she should try to make the most of her remaining two months in office. Kobakhidze emphasized that the president’s influence over Georgia’s politics and national interests would be minimal.
“The public is aware that she has a small amount of time left. Her term will expire soon in all regards, so she has little time left to enjoy the status. These two months will pass, and she will no longer challenge our national interests,” the PM declared.
